Yes.

Same as everything else.  If it's an element that is better, it should
have a higher rank than others in the same category.

Choosing an audiosink is hard, since you generally want to select
one, see if it works, and if it doesn't work, try another.  So you
can't just pick the highest ranked element and expect it to work.
