i don't think there is any such plugin for now

i don't know how close bktr API is to v4l or v4l2
but one thing to keep in mind is that it could be good to have the same kind
of properties/tunner element for both v4l[12], bktr and also DVBsrc (not yet
merged into gst-plugins)


a bit off topic : what sound system is available under BSDs ? OSS like ?
ALSA port ?
