[gst-devel] RTP Work, update

Hi,
	Well since no one replied to our proposal for the RTP system, I am going to assume it is a flawless design :)
I will start working on it as soon as possible, and will keep posting about my progress here. I will also post any problems I encounter.
If someone saw something terribly wrong with our ideas, please say it now before it's too late.

The changes will all be applied to the farsight CVS, under the gst-plugins module. Most changes apply to the jrtp plugin.
