Hi Yuri,

	I am experiencing the same problem on Debian testing. I had no time yet
to figure out what the problem really is. But this may help:

Set automake-1.9 as your default automake by
# update-alternatives --config automake
then delete the directory 
gst-ffmpeg/gst-libs/ext/ffmpeg/autom4te.cache
run autogen.sh again
