[gst-devel] Timestamps

I've got a bin that plays both audio and video from an AVI file (MJPEG,
25fps). I've attached a probe to monitor the outcoming buffers on both
src pads, and here is what I see:

Audio Stamp: 0
Audio Stamp: 5804988
Audio Stamp: 11609977
Audio Stamp: 17414965
Audio Stamp: 23219954
Audio Stamp: 29024943
Video Stamp: 40000000
Audio Stamp: 34829931
Audio Stamp: 40634920
Audio Stamp: 46439909
...

The stamp of the first audio buffer is 0, which is perfectly fine.
However, the stamp of the first video buffer (frame) is 40000000. Why is
it so? 40000000 is not a surprising value - it's GST_SECOND / 25 (fps =
25). It seems like there is one frame delay...
