Hi RTP'ers,
It is very cool to see so many people doing RTP stuff around GStreamer
these days. I thought it would be a good time to point out that the Xiph
draft specifications for Vorbis and Theora RTP is at state where work on
payloaders and depayloader for GStreamer could start. Remember for a lot
of Linux distributions shipping anything else would be hard/impossible
and having all our solutions support the Xiph formats is essential both
as a vehicle for promoting these formats, but also to give our projects
a way to ship without the need for patented formats.

So I hope some of you would be interested in starting hacking on writing
the Xiph payloader/depayloaders. Having an extra implementation of this
apart from the reference implementation is also important in regards to
getting approval of the spec form IETF.
