[gst-devel] qtdemux patch to add custom genre support

Attached is a simple patch for the qtdemux plugin that adds support for
reading the 'custom genre' tag of mp4 files. The current version of qtdemux
only supports the older fixed genre tag. Due to the iTunes store embracing
the new style, the custom genre tag is becoming prevalent.
