[gst-devel] What does "bad problem" mean?

Hi guys,
There is a string in gstreamer-0.9.6.pot to translate that goes as follows:

#: gst/gsterror.c:140
msgid "Internal GStreamer error: pad problem."

When I translated it in Bulgarian, I got a remark about the translation 
of "bad" - it was meaningless, and the reason is that "bad problem" is 
meaningless. (http://fsa-bg.org/project/gtp/ticket/304)

What does it mean - a "severe problem", a problem that needs the 
attention of system administrator, plugin installation or something else?
