[gst-devel] prereleases of core and base

Hi everyone,

core and base are FROZEN and have had prereleases.  They're at the usual
location, somewhere below http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/src/

given that it's easter, and depending on if there are any further bug
reports, it's hard to tell if it will get released later this week or
beginning next week.

I am also contemplating throwing in a gst-python release for various
reasons this week.
