[gst-devel] Core 0.10.3 released. Prereleases of -base and -good online

My first GStreamer Core release, 0.10.3 "Like a virgin" is out.

Source tarballs are in the usual spot
(http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/src/gstreamer/)

Additionally, prerelease tarballs of gst-plugins-base (0.10.2.2) and
gst-plugins-good (0.10.1.2) are available in
http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/src/gst-plugins-base/pre/ and 
http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/src/gst-plugins-good/pre/ respectively.

I'll release those in the morning if there's no issues.
