Hi all,

I would like to ask your opinions regarding distributing windows gstreamer
build. My proposals are that:

1. Official build is compiled in Mingw using gcc and linking to msvcrt.dll

2. There should/can be vs6, vs7, and vs8 project files in CVS that are used
by users only for development/testing on windows platform. So people will
just compile/(download from unofficial sources) dependencies for their
preferred compiler linked with correspondent msvcrt 6.0, 7.1, 8.0 and after
that could compile gstreamer and continue happy hacking... :-)

I prepared vs8 project files

for glib:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=328691

for libxml:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=328827

and for gstreamer:
Will send them to Sébastien Moutte because it has access to CVS and could
add them.

But before doing further work please comment 1. 2. Is it acceptable?

Sergey.
