    I hope you run these gst commands on the ARM? If they work on the
PC (or whatever your build machine is) then it means you are NOT
building it for ARM. Moreover you still didn't tell me/us what `file`
tells you about these binaries.

   scratchbox is NOT a network filesystem or something like that but a
build environment for cross-compilation that makes life a lot easier.
Refer to http://www.scratchbox.org/ for more info. on it. Moreover,
you better copy the gstreamer files on your ARM system instead of
using NFS, unless your ARM system is very fast.
