Err, sorry, I didn't want to make it sound like "I need that, fix it"
or anything alike. Diva will need some fixes to make it QoS-friendly,
so I'm wondering if it's a right moment to that now.

The design/part-qos.txt has some nice info about QoS, but I'm not sure
how mixers (n-to-1) elements should handle qos.
