[gst-devel] Uncompressed AV Stream

I'm working on a NTSC transmitter/receiver using the
GNU Radio software. I want to use GStreamer for av
stream storage and visualization. I want to create a
set of  plugins that pumps data between the GSTreamer
and GNU Radio runtimes.

I need 1 uncompressed video frame (interlaced and
luma/chroma color plane if possible) and the
corresponding audio (uncompressed) in each packet.
This format of information will make the transmission
to radio much simpler. 

My question is: What components are available in
GStreamer that will get me as close as possible to my
goal?
