Darwin Streaming Server (using hinted mp4 or 3gp files),
Live555.comtestOnDemanRTSPServer (using raw m4v, mp3, amr and aac
files).

Sure. What type of audio/video are your trying to stream? If you are using
DSS, are the files hinted? What is the pipeline you are using? What errors
are you getting?
