[gst-devel] how to support .asf and .ape files in gstreamer0.8.12?

I have installed gstreamer－0.8.12 and gst-plugins-0.8.12 . I need  support .asf and .ape files . how could I realize it ? may I need  some libraries like libmad,libid3tag ? thanks .
