[gst-devel] win32 and gst_bus_sync_signal_handler

Hey,
Yeah, problem is that functions exportation isn't done automatically 
with VS6.
Then I've updated gstreamer core 0.10.13 binaries in 
http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/pkg/windows/releases/ to add the export 
of gst_bus_sync_signal_handler from libgstreamer.
