[gst-devel] Video devices aren't updated on subsequent probing.

When probing for devices on v4lsrc or v4l2src, if you probe a second
time after a device has been connected or disconnected, the list of
devices stays the same as the initial probe. I've tried explicitly
probing with gst_property_probe_probe_property, but it doesn't reprobe
the devices, as I would have expected.

I have attached patches for both of the plugins to allow reprobing
with gst_property_probe_probe_property.
