Thanks everyone.
I fixed the problem just now .

I add a -L/home/filesys/usr/local/lib in my script .
Before, my script is :
./configure "--I/home/filesys/usr/local/include "
--prefix=/home/filesys/usr/local

Now , my scrip is :
./configure "--I/home/filesys/usr/local/include
-L/home/filesys/usr/local/lib "--prefix=/home/filesys/usr/local

So, I fixed the lame plugin by this way.
Thanks Nie Jun, Eric Zhang and Cameron Gorrie especially ! : )
