[gst-devel] re-license and move of Fluendo mpeg ps and ts demuxers

Excellent news !

  Alas... one small issue worth mentionning... The names of the plugin
and elementfactories are exactly the same are the ones from upstream...
which creates some conflicts. We should rename them ASAP.

  I created a bug report regarding that, comments welcome
