[gst-devel] How to generate "pad-added" manually

Hi All,
    As you know, the "pad-added" signal is automatically emitted in 
situations like demuxer elements are used. How can we manually generate 
a "pad-added" signal as we like? For example, if I want to add an 
arbitrary number of source pads to a video mixer, how can it be made 
possible?
