[gst-devel] stream from vlc to gstreamer

i will like to stream from vlc /device/video0 to gstreamer. as i had run the vlc and gstreamer
i had use the following code below to

gst-launch udpsrc port =6060 ! video/mpeg ! ffdec_mpeg2video ! autovideosink


it display
Setting pipeline to PAUSED ...
Pipeline is live and does not need PREROLL ...
Setting pipeline to PLAYING ...
New clock: GstSystemClock

but no video had be stream. can anyone teach me how to stream form a webcam from vlc to gstreamer?
