[gst-devel] gstreamer how to seek filesrc

my pipeline has 2 element [filesrc] ! [udpsink] i am sending data accross the
network
what i want to be able to do is to seek so that i can send data starting
from a random location in my audio file. How do i do that? 
seeking on this pipeline failed at it runs too fast?

help!
