Or if you just want to play it using ffplay or mplayer, put the encoded
output in a container.

gst-launch camerasrc ! queue !
video/x-raw-yuv,format=\(fourcc\)I420,width=1280,height=480 ! x264enc !
avimux
filesink locaton=tmp.avi

ffplay tmp.avi
