[gst-devel] More pre-releases! -bad 0.10.19.5, -ugly 0.10.15.6

Hi,

and here's another round of pre-releases for gst-plugins-bad and -ugly.
gst-plugins-good stayed the same.

Please test them thoroughly and file blocker bugs for all regressions or
other major issues you find at http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/bugs/

Changes since last pre-release:

  bad:
    - rtpmux: Fix deadlock in flush event handling
    - neon: Require neon 0.27 for ne_set_connect_timeout
    - camerabin: Don't install the .ui file

  ugly:
    - asfdemux: Fix flow return handling to handle UNEXPECTED like
      a real error. Fixes usage of it in PiTiVi.
