Release notes for GStreamer Python bindings 0.10.19 "Insert Casablanca quote here"

The GStreamer team is proud to announce a new release

The 0.10.x series is a stable series targeted at end users.
It is not API or ABI compatible with the stable 0.8.x series.
It is, however, parallel installable with the 0.8.x series.

Features of this release

      * Wrap new gstreamer API up to 0.10.30
      * Parallel installability with 0.8.x series
      * Threadsafe design and API

      * 572766 : gst.Bus.set_sync_handler() leaks and can't be unset
      * 589582 : Missing gst.Buffer.size setter in python bindings
      * 590735 : [gst.GhostPad] can't unset target
