[gst-devel] how to use gst-openmax plugin?

well, for playback, it should work with playbin2, so assuming element 
rank is set properly, any gst app should pick gst-openmax for decoding..

I'm on #gstreamer and #openmax (nick: robclark), although this week my 
response time may be higher.. there are sometimes some others too..
