[gst-devel] sometimes pad

In the attached code i created sometimes pad in plugin_init function.
and the code is running fine.but when i type gst-inpect plugin nanme
it is not showing any thing in the implementation section of  the pads
i.e it is not showing GST_PAD_SOMETIMES for my source pad and GST_PAD_ALWAYS for my sink pad
  
can any one tell me the proper way of crteating two sometimes pad
