[gst-devel] Query duration by time

Hi,
So I used the gstreamer_element_query_duration() using GST_FORMAT_TIME. On some machine, the query is successful, but on some other, it failed. On the failed machine, gstreamer can query duration by bytes, though. So I wonder if I need to install any component to allow gst query duration by time value or is there any way / method to convert duration in bytes to duration in time.
