gst-ffmpeg release?

Hi,

  libav 0.7 is going to be released within the coming days/weeks. It
would be pointless for us to release just before that.

  The goal is to pre-release gst-ffmpeg within the next 7 days, and then
a release after libav 0.7 final is out.
