INtegrating my hardware scaler in Playbin2

Hi,

I wish to integrate my hardware videoscaler into Playbin2. Also I wish to
add capsfilter element between my hardware decoder as well as the sink.

Which part of playbin2 code shall i need to modify to get it done.
