[GStreamer 0.10.36] - Latest version gst-ffmpeg decoders are broken.

I have installed 0.10.36 last-night in 2 unit at ArchLinux, Fedora, CentOS,
FreeBSD. 

And gst-ffmpeg decoders are broken specially ffdec_h264. When it was encoded
from those platform "Tizen, Android, Xperia, Windows 7 home/profession
editions." it does not work with the present decoders, show a black screen.

But same unit local encoder/decoder works with latest gst-ffmpeg.
