I said gst-ffmpeg/gstreamer-ffmpeg, not ffmpeg.

If you have the right stuff installed,

 gst-inspect-0.10 ffdec_indeo4

should show lots of output.

You didn't mention what Linux distro or operating system you're using,
so it's hard to provide more specific directions.
