CPU Usage excessive. TSDemux->MPEG2->resize->mpeg4->tsmux->send

Oprofile logs in pastebin. The ffmpeg AVCodec seems to be the thirsty
one. It features top of the list all of the time..  now I am trying to
see why the kernel is using 20%
