souphttpsrc seek problem

No, the problem has not disappeared. I can use gnlurisource to download
stream from my website, but only if this stream is complete, with all
headers. if not i get 3 artefacts and program is freezing, like when i used
pipeliene to play unfinished files:

And still i can't seek video when i watching it by souphttpsrc. how to send
new seek event so it won't freezing?
