Avfvideosource framerate issue.

Hi all, I noticed avfvideosource set the framerate to 30 frame per sec. I'm
using avfvideosource on ios devices and the resulting video is too delayed
I need to use a lower framerate so to reduce cpu effort. Is it customizable?
