Simple GValue and GstStructure Question

Do you mean GValue and GstStructure by any chance?
These are structures, not functions.

You're invited to read first a bit more here:

and then ask specific questions.  Have you read this documentation?

git grep is also your friend to find how these structures are used in
GStreamer to learn about them.  Have you tried it?
Can you point to any specific usage in GStreamer source code which you
don't understand (filename and line number)?
