WARNING: erroneous pipeline: no element "h264parse"

Thanks for your answer and yes, I'm using version 0.10.36.
It was not blacklisted, but gladly you pointed me to gst-inspect - I
list the plugins and saw that there is no h264parse, its called
legacyh264parse - a little bit confusing.

If I run it with the legacy prefix, the call succeeds - thanks!
