gstreamer Python and cairooverlay

I hadn't- I think I missed it. I was looking at the pixbuf one but it looks
like it's limited to reading from files, and I stopped looking.

I will definitely give it a try, thanks Olivier. Looks like there's a pure
python svg library too.
