gst-inspect not listing all plugins

Hi,

e.g gst-inspect does't show following entry

ximagesrc:  ximagesrc: Ximage video source

until I do
export GST_PLUGIN_SYSTEM_PATH=/usr/lib/gstreamer-0.10

I installed all plugins by compiling source packages.
