Suppressing other audio in multitrack stream.

I have a media file that has 1 video and 4 audio tracks.

I use playbin2 I my application.

 

How can I 

-          Suppress all audios except 1st that can be played? If I use
flags=0x01. It suppresses all audios. If I use flags = 0x03, all audio
tracks are decoded even if onlt 1st is played, taking memory and cpu
processing

-          How can I select track to be played? Do I need to restart from
pipeline creation, if I change my track?
