link error of plugin "app" in SDK "gstreamer-sdk-android-arm-release-2013.6" in Android

Hi, 
Some error report like following when i use the api "gst_app_buffer_new"

error: undefined reference to 'gst_app_buffer_new'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

& i cat the head file, this api is existed.

find . -type f | xargs grep *gst_app_buffer_new*
./include/gstreamer-0.10/gst/app/gstappbuffer.h:GstBuffer *gst_app_buffer_new (void *data, int length,

Am i something wrong ?
What's the plugin name of the "gstappbuffer" in the SDK ?

Someone could give me any hints ?
