JPEG 2000 plugins

So I have been struggling with MinGW in order to build the last release of
gst-plugins-bad. I promise I will switch to Linux asap, I just have to deal
with this project in Windows for now.. 

I still haven't managed to build the plugins. Is there a way to add just one
plugin to my current installation?
