Internal data flow error in Multipart(De)Mux's official document example

OK, I built version 1.0.7 of gstreamer and the base, good, bad, ugly
plugtins. I replaced the system installed jpegparse (1.0.6) with the
compiled one. Now it works. So it seems to be a bug in jpegparse 1.0.6 then
- does gst have test cases? How is it not caught?

One question, why is a jpegparse needed in this case? In the future, how
should I diagnose not-negotiated error?

Thanks,
K.
