That shouldn't take too much effort to be added, just another build run
and even larger binaries :) Basically you'll need to add another
architecture to cerbero, add some compiler flag handling in
config/ios.config and enable that in the configuration file you use for
building.

Please file a feature request bug at http://bugzilla.gnome.org against
GStreamer/packages for that.
