Streaming video Camera IP in Android with Gstreamer

There is a source element for the Android camera available from here:
https://github.com/EricssonResearch/openwebrtc-gst-plugins/tree/master/sys/androidvideo/video-source

There is also another version based on GStreamer 0.10 available from
here:
http://cgit.collabora.com/git/user/tester/gst-plugins-bad.git/log/?h=android-camerasrc-0.10

I hope we're able to merge those two and get them into gst-plugins-bad
for 1.6. But for now you have to build them yourself.
