Vaapi + OpenGL Elements with Intel Driver

Ok, I can understand now. 

On the following topic

Nicolas Dufresne said that the intel driver must be shared with all
elements. It's maybe why the pipeline on my platform 1 (Nvidia) works. 

Is the video context interface enable in 1.2 ? 

Any though when this feature will be fix ?
