How to get plugin(base/good/bad/ugly) iOS binaries base on GStreamer1.2.3?

Can you check, does it requires any external dependency libraries.?? At the
end of gst-plugin-base configuration it will dump list of plugins with
categories, Just check under which category "tcpclientsrc" falls.
