Live pipelines do not need any prerolling since you wont know when the data
starts flowing in the pipeline(unlike file case)

Your pipeline is confusing with decoding on video branch and no decode on
audio branch. Why dont you try with decodebin by increasing the rank of our
decoder?

Set multicast-iface property of udpsrc if you are getting data from
non-default interface
