Streaming mp4 file with "appsrc" and "rtph264pay"

It's far in my memory, but there is a series of define to be added in
the mk file. When that is done, you need to initialize the plugin or
something like this, the plugin is called videoparsersbad and is par of
gst-plugins-bad bundle.
